Items Out of stock & slow refunds Ordered 2 items ( in stock ) from their Australian website on 30th March and they emailed to say both items had been shipped. I received the smaller item on 11th April and had to chase them for the larger item. They are now saying the larger item is out of stock and I have to wait until end of month. They offered me 500 points ($5) on my next purchase as compensation. I told them I’m not happy with $5 off next purchase for their poor communication and having to wait 4 weeks for something they showed in stock when I ordered . They have offered me a refund and I have accepted but they have now gone quiet and will not confirm they have processed refund on Out of Stock item. They might be good products but the customer service is very poor.

Power supply broke Power supply broke in less than a month (2 February), leaving me without a light. Has ruined an entire crop wasting my money and time. Have contacted customer service and have been told conflicting information. Some telling me I should have a replacement soon and others telling me I will have to wait a month and a half to get a replacement power supply (20 March) and no other options available. I wouldn't deal with this company directly as customer service is not acceptable. (Edit: I have been messaging your service team for the past 10 days! Solutions were wait a month and a half for a replacement or now saying to pay to return product adding more costs to myself for your defective product.)

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. They have had my goods returned to their warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. I notice I am not the first person this has happened to either. Use Mars Hydro. Better value and great customer service

Customer service went above and beyond I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been above and beyond with customer support and service. My se3000 was working well then bars started going out randomly. Contacted spider farmer and they gave me some different options of what the issue could be to try troubleshooting. Didn't work but my light was under warranty and they were quick to send out a replacement. I've seen some reviews stating they are bribing people for 5 star reviews but the lights have been amazing and having a company stand behind their product isn't bribing for reviews but earning 5 star reviews.

Im a pleased customer My order arived in a very short time, and everything looks amazing. I had questions about how to use smart controler. I wrote to them an email and got a response that very same day. I wouls definetly reccomend to everyone, and i will recomend them to my friends. And im sure that i will buy from them in the future.
