GBVery prompt service when asking for an estimate. I asked for a estimate on the prices of an engine they were right back to me in less than 15 minutes. They even followed up with me a couple of times the next day, because I did not have the time to respond earlier

GBDONT BUY A FRASER ENGINE OR WARRANTY Do yourself a favor and do t buy an engine from them . Both engines they sent bad. One lasted a year. One bad from the start . Low oil pressure. They absolutely DONT pay labor claims even after the warranty releases the money. If a customer wants to come to your shop with a motor from Fraser . Adamantly decline. You’ll thank me ! I promise. Engines garbage. Customer service garbage. Warranty garbage. Associates mad at life. I guess I would be too if my company produced garbage and everyone called complaining . Haha

GBI purchased a 5.7L Hemi engine for my… I purchased a 5.7L Hemi engine for my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fraser. After my mechanic installed it, it had a significant leak from the dipstick hole. I learned that Fraser Engines was supposed to zip tie a plug for that hole, but they failed to include the plug. I filed a warranty claim with Fraser and sent a video of the leak. Because the dipstick hole was located at the bottom of the engine, the front differential has to be uninstalled. I learned that Fraser subcontracts its warranty services to Advanced Powertrain Solutions (APS), which does not seem to consider itself a part of Fraser when someone is at fault. The APS warranty tech, Mark B, spoke to me in a tone that was defensive, arrogant and combative. APS refused to cover anything and said that Fraser would have to cover the error. Mark made it sound like they were 2 separate companies. Danielle at Fraser never acknowledged Fraser’s error to include the plug, which cost me extra time, money and frustration, or offered me any compensation. Neither Fraser nor APS offered me any acknowledgement or apology. Their customer service was very poor and extremely disappointing.

GBThe sales and order number guys hung up… The sales and order number guys hung up on me twice and were pretty short on the call. Not very good customer service. I understand your company is busy, but courtesy is a must! Ordered a motor through my mechanic and the gentleman said he would call him back. No call yet. He talked to a lady and she said they were busy due to the holiday weekend. I would think that trying to place an order would be important to your business. There was only 1 type engine available so I hope it was put on hold for my purchase and not sold.

GBCalled in the morning for a quote the… Called in the morning for a quote the first guy was helpful and gave a decent a competitive price. Said I'll call you back I need to inform my grandson etc. Called back a few hours later and suddenly the prize jumped over 1k. Said I missed out they had several engines that morning but now only had 2 left from a company in Canada. I need to make a decision because when those 2 are gone they won't be rebuilding for a while. So after quitting and telling them my grandson was applying for a loan etc. I guess theythought this 19 year old kid was rich. No he's trying to get a loan and fix the truck his deceased father left him . Not cool at all, never asks yeah they're limited or anything on first call. I said I'll get back to you and the guy said ok look forward to it.
