GBOrdering great but product only so-so I ordered over the phone because I had many questions about the product. The representative was very friendly and if she didn't know the answer she contacted her supervisor. Shipping took as long as they claimed it would. Hardware came days after my doors so they couldn't be hung right away. The doors had obvious defects in manufacturing that were explained as a more rustic look. The hardware doesn't have all matching bolts. Some are black others are bright silver metal. I like the doors and the hardware other than these problems. Rustica Hardware did give me a $40 refund because of the door problem.

GBSeriously incredible stuff!!!! These guys made a couple doors for our house, one to cover a mudroom and another to cover our bathroom (mirror door, the wife loves it) and they are gorgeous. They also work really well, I had heard these types of sliding systems were kind of loud but Rustica has wheel that has a nylon coating in the center so it's really quiet. Easy to install, instructions were easy to follow.

GBDisappointed The hardware I ordered was deemed "cheap and flimsey" by my contractor. The track metal arrived bent and the system itself wasnt as sleek looking as in the photos. If you are ordering a standard track maybe its ok. But the system they had to install a longer track ( overlap and screws sticking out) was really an eye sore. I returned all but the door hangers and while customer service was helpful, i was surprised at how much i had to eat in restocking fees. Because my job needed to be finished right away, i had a metal worker make me a much better and cleaner designed track in one day. Money and time wasted.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. They do not actively listen, and could care less about getting the details right. Expect to be on your own if technical issues arise... they will just keep repeating nonsense that is not logical, while LITERALLY telling you how great and knowledgeable they are (to the point it's hard to get past their self-aggrandizing and shift focus to the real reason why we are both on the phone). They truly do not understand their product, and have zero respect for the customer.

GBOrdered custom pre-hung door Ordered custom pre-hung door. Paid a premium price expecting premium product. Door arrived in non watertight crating. Door and frame were wet but not ruined. Door had imperfections in paint finish and sloppy caulking. CSR said imperfections were expected and asked us to get a written quote from our contractor to fix the leaked caulk. No contractor will write something like that up. After taking a defensive posture (what not to do - CSR 101), they ultimately offered us a 10% discount on the door. No thanks. Fix your operation or quit promising 100% satisfaction if you cant deliver.
