Warning! Warning!! Don't use this company. After paying for a boom and getting a confirmation call I still got the wrong equipment. I had a job scheduled and a crew waiting for a boom lift to take down a couple large trees, but never got the boom I needed. This cost me a days work and hundreds of dollars in labor. Not to mention the reputation of my company. They told me they don't guarantee delivery, so you might or might not get your equipment. Don't risk your job and labor on a maybe. Go anywhere else.

Bigrentz is the best way to go Would definitely rent again from BigRentz. Their staff answred all my questions. Delivery of articulated boom lift came right on time. No issues at all with the machine. Lost the key and they were able to tell me exactly where i can go to get a replacement key. Very knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with them again on my next project

Completely incompetent Completely incompetent! Horrible set and processing, then canceled the day before delivery. No order numbers, receipts, confirmations, etc. It’s amazing they’re in business at all. They come off as a scam company. Beware people, Beware of Bigrentz!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to rent a mini ex and the initial person said no they couldn’t provide at first so I was going to move on to somewhere else. The rep proceeded to argue with me telling me I would never find it anywhere. Then said I misinterpreted what she said that they may be able to provide it. At this point I asked for a manager and found out that the first answer of no was correct. Complete waste of time with terrible customer service! Stay away!! Especially if u need equipment in an emergency situation because they have a 48 hour minimum according to the supervisor.

Check exactly what you are being… Check exactly what you are being charged for. I discovered an unexpected charge against my credit card "for fuel used". The charge was excessive, I thought, but the fact they didn't even tell me before they took the money makes me very angry
