Awful Protection Plan Worst customer service and protection plan policy is a joke. I've been in the industry for 10+ years and have had to rent a few forklifts over the years. Things happen and that is why I always purchase the protection plan. And in a few instances, it was well worth it. But the plan this company offers only covers 10% of any repairs. A pump broke on our forklift and the amount I "save" with the protection plan was less then the $400 I spent to insure the forklift. I will not be renting from them again.

Beware this an equipment broker they rent from legitimate rental companies and mark it up 100% my office used them by accident when we were in a jam and needed a forklift on short notice ended up being charged $3500 for a 1 week rental that any legitimate rental outfit would of charged $1500 stay away

Run away Run away! They'll qoute you one thing but you get charged another. Took them days to get back to me. Then when they did my qoute for $2900 for a loader and excavator went to $3400 for just the excavator. Use a REAL local company not these Cali coms.

Warning! Warning!! Don't use this company. After paying for a boom and getting a confirmation call I still got the wrong equipment. I had a job scheduled and a crew waiting for a boom lift to take down a couple large trees, but never got the boom I needed. This cost me a days work and hundreds of dollars in labor. Not to mention the reputation of my company. They told me they don't guarantee delivery, so you might or might not get your equipment. Don't risk your job and labor on a maybe. Go anywhere else.

BEWARE of this company Big Rentz Onn 5/1/2023 I rented a boom lift to do some tree work on a mountain little did I know we were unable to use lift since on the mountain ground s unlevel which we explained to the sales person which knew nothing exactly what she was a person to take my money. We did not use the machine at all due to being afraid of flipping it,I called the company several times all promising to call me back never did except 1 person Name Al and all he said was supervisior was in a meeting for 2 days still no phone call. Now i find out they will not refund money so they are keeping my 985.00 even though my husband never used the machine this is really bad business i told them to check hours on machine they will see we never used it but just to keep our 985.00 is total bull$$$$. I would not refer these people to anyone BEWARE!!!!!!!Still fighting for my refund
