Wish all companies were like them!! I have purchased hundred of tools in my 40+ years in construction. Some of which left a bad taste in my mouth with the service I received. Now retired and building the shop I always wanted it is a extreme pleasure dealing with the staff of Fastoolnow. Having read a few reviews that others have posted it seams like the is the normal for this company! They’re my go to place for tools and support. Fast service with attention to getting the details right I tried Fastool Now for the first time at the advice of a friend. The attention Nate at Fastool gave to making sure he knew what I was looking for was impressive on its own. But the speed in which he was able to find the items, get me the proper information and item codes I needed was over the top. I did not end up being to use the equipment he got for me but not because of anything he did ... that was on me. It was unfortunate but it allowed me to experience their return and credit process. It was every bit as satisfying as the purchasing process. I will be back, no doubt!
