Wish all companies were like them!! I have purchased hundred of tools in my 40+ years in construction. Some of which left a bad taste in my mouth with the service I received. Now retired and building the shop I always wanted it is a extreme pleasure dealing with the staff of Fastoolnow. Having read a few reviews that others have posted it seams like the is the normal for this company! They’re my go to place for tools and support. Never get the feeling I’m a bother to them when asking their help or opinion. Thanks to all the stall!!

Genuinely Satisfied Customer Satisfaction is not the result of a company to meet expectations, is the result of what happens when a company fails to meet expectations and what they do to correct it. We had a glitch in my order. I called the company and the gentleman that I spoke with apologized for the mix-up and corrected the issue in the first and only phone call.

Still waiting to hear back from them... I've been a client of fastoolnow for quite a few years, I mainly buy supplies for my business and everything has always been smooth but this last order did not arrive correctly and received less than I ordered. Tried contacting them to sort out the issue but they I haven't heard back from there.

Reliable Vendor I purchased large quantities of Simpson Strongtie stainless steel screws and nails (of all dimensions and sizes) for a large deck rebuild project at our house in Hawaii. Fastoolnow’s staff and its owner/manager Nate couldn’t have been more accurate or timely in filling the orders. Great customer service and the best prices for these products. They also have a very generous free shipping deal. Would recommend to anyone.

Rikon Bandsaw base bent but Fastool to the Rescuee I puchased a Rikon 10" bandsaw from FastoolNow which shipped very quickly. When the happy day came I excitedly unpacked the new bandsaw only to find the base was severely bent. I contacted FastoolNow folks and they quickly verified the damage with my help and told me they would send a replacement. I can't say how nice it was to deal with customer friendly people like Nate and others, I got a UPS RMA label, they inspected my replacement before shipping and it arrived again very quickly.
