Genuinely Satisfied Customer Satisfaction is not the result of a company to meet expectations, is the result of what happens when a company fails to meet expectations and what they do to correct it. We had a glitch in my order. I called the company and the gentleman that I spoke with apologized for the mix-up and corrected the issue in the first and only phone call.

Still waiting to hear back from them... I've been a client of fastoolnow for quite a few years, I mainly buy supplies for my business and everything has always been smooth but this last order did not arrive correctly and received less than I ordered. Tried contacting them to sort out the issue but they I haven't heard back from there.

I needed an item ASAP I needed an item ASAP. Placed my order, and within a few hours received confirmation that my order had shipped, along with the tracking number. Arrived the following day, well packaged and accurate. I will use Fastool again when possible.

Wish all companies were like them!! I have purchased hundred of tools in my 40+ years in construction. Some of which left a bad taste in my mouth with the service I received. Now retired and building the shop I always wanted it is a extreme pleasure dealing with the staff of Fastoolnow. Having read a few reviews that others have posted it seams like the is the normal for this company! They’re my go to place for tools and support.
