The prices are always good The prices are always good and the delivery was on time. Your website could be better, the search results are not always consistent and there seems to be some bugs with scrolling a list. You have cancelled some product orders, after being placed, that you can't source which is quite inconvenient, as it's happened more than once. I am aware that this is noted on your site but it does not inspire confidence when it happens.

Drill missing from delivery I ordered a combination offer; a cordless Milwaukee vacuum combined with a Milwaukee drill. The vacuum was delivered without the promised drill. I emailed BuildClub and they said they would look into this. That was days ago and I haven’t heard anything from them. UPDATED REVIEW: BuildClub did track down the second parcel and it was finally delivered. They said the driver made the error of only picking one item from the packing list instead of two. I am upgrading my star rating from 1 star to only 3. If BuildClub is using a delivery service with drivers who can’t adequately read to do their jobs, maybe they should change delivery services.

They sell stuff they don't have. Ordered material just to receive an email after a day stating they don't have it. How many times will I try to use this site in the future? I guess zero, nil, nada.
