They are very honest, and easy to talk to - a special shout out to Eswin Ponce. Eswin is very helpful and tries really hard to find ways that is very reasonable for his customers especially to his repeat clients such as myself. I highly recommend EIO for any electronic supplies that your company, schools, etc need.

Refurbished item sold as new Refurbished item sold as new. New seal glued over old one. Casing has bruises and paint flecks missing. Should have indication before sale that item is refurbished and price should be discounted. Have not checked yet if it is functional. Images and S/N are available upon request. Edit as of 2022-05-13: EIO states that the manufacturer (Athena Power) shipped the item directly. EIO was was quick to assist with getting a remedy from them. I revised up the review while waiting for the result.

Fast delivery I recently placed an order with this company, eio.com, even though I had never heard of them before. I ordered mid-day on Wed and it arrived at my home in Alabama on Friday which took me by surprise. Of note, my order summary didn't show any amount for shipping and taxes (not sure if they built it into the price of the item or what).

Slow in the shipping department Quickly delivery once it shipped, even though it took a month for it to ship. I assume it had something to do with the possibility of no stock of the item at the time the order was placed. However, there was no communication from the company about it; but once I contacted them about it they did ship it out as a reply.

Great business that continues to improve I have made many purchases from this company and have yet to have any issues. They have very competitive prices and free shipping which has made for great experience. They have also lately gotten much better and more proactive about any sort of delays or issues that may arise with an order.
