Great business that continues to improve I have made many purchases from this company and have yet to have any issues. They have very competitive prices and free shipping which has made for great experience. They have also lately gotten much better and more proactive about any sort of delays or issues that may arise with an order.

Slow in the shipping department Quickly delivery once it shipped, even though it took a month for it to ship. I assume it had something to do with the possibility of no stock of the item at the time the order was placed. However, there was no communication from the company about it; but once I contacted them about it they did ship it out as a reply.

Great Customer Service! Great Customer Service! I have been doing business with EIO for years now and I always come back and do business with them each year! They are very honest, and easy to talk to - a special shout out to Eswin Ponce. Eswin is very helpful and tries really hard to find ways that is very reasonable for his customers especially to his repeat clients such as myself. I highly recommend EIO for any electronic supplies that your company, schools, etc need.

Best price I could find Best price I could find, normal shipping. No problems. Would shop there again. (And whoever wrapped the box did a perfect wrapping job. Seriously.) (Was a bit nervous due to old reviews.)
