Good customer service After much research I found the oddball colored yellow toilet seat for our old house we recently moved into. I called first to verify it was actually in stock and I ordered it. After a week with no shipping info I got an email that it was on back order. I was really disappointed and replied back letting them know and asked for a refund. To my surprise I got a call from the guy I originally talked to that said it was stock and there was a mix up about it but they did have it in stock. So we agreed to keep my order and send it out. Thank you Fred! That is true customer service and what lacks nowadays in so many businesses. So thank you and I'm a happy customer because of it.

The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars… The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because of the price for the shipping. I needed the parts quickly, but wasn’t willing to pay that much for the shipping. The selection is great, the ordering process was easy, and the parts look great. I would definitely order from here again.

Very Helpful Had a hard time finding the part we were looking for but Plumbing Supply Now came through. They got us the part in a very timely fashion.
