No power cable Yes, I received the unit but the internal box was badly compromised. Also, the heater came without a power cord, unlike the previous identical unit bought two years ago. Does the manufacturer no longer provide a power cable?

The quality of the pipes is perfect and the floor flanges are the perfect industrial look, yet with an artistic aesthetic. They were NOT stamped "Made in ..." like so many flanges that are out there these days. The length of the pipes were exactly to my specs. What else could I ask for.
