I received order with parts missing I received what I ordered however, it was not a complete order. It arrived packaged well although it was advertised as coming with screws as well as the packaging stating screws were included but no screws were included.

Some packing protection would have been… Some packing protection would have been nice. The copper flange I ordered was simply placed in a shipping bag with no plastic wrap, paper, etc. When I received the flange, on time, it was slightly bent in a few places. Nothing I cannot correct on my own.

Poor communication While I received the product I ordered, it was several weeks before it actually shipped. Because it took so long to receive, I ended up getting the pump I needed at another company. I have been trying to speak to a representative and have left emails and tried calling the number listed, however it doesn’t actually let you leave a message or speak with anyone. I’ve only gotten the same recorded answering message telling you to select a number (1 for a rep, 2 for prospective buyers, and 3 for leaving a message), and no matter what number you dial, you end up back at the recorded message.
