GBOEM Replacement Part-Drill Charger My Black + Decker cordless drill needed charging and my charger was nowhere to be found. I was re-roofing patio and wanted to be done before it rained. Online I found a variety of chargers, some costing almost as much as the drill. I purchased OEM from Max Tool and choose standard shipping. SURPRISE! It arrived way ahead of schedule. Roof complete. I know where my charger is.

GBMy mower was damaged during shipment My mower was damaged during shipment. Max Tool was very proactive to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. You can often judge a person or a company by what they do when things go wrong. MaxTool showed me they are a stand up company.

GBUsed the air compressor once Used the air compressor once. Seemed to work ok. Did not receive a email confirmation for my order, had to call. When we did get an e mail, we clicked on it and received a message saying that there was a security issue. Not comfortable with the transaction.

GBNever processed the refund Bought an air compressor via their website. It arrived damaged from shipping (not the seller's fault). Customer support by email from Briana was easy and simple. She sent a return label and a new unit was on the way after they received the return. All good. Replacement unit arrives also damaged from shipping so we agree to a return and full refund. Until was returned yet no refund. Briana insists the refund was processed 1 week ago but nothing shows on my credit card. I've had other refunds from other purchases (not maxtool) done since and they showed up right away on my credit card statement so that tells me maxtool did not issue a refund. Too bad because it seemed to be a nice simple buying experience, apparently not. I'm still waiting for my refund.

GBThe pictures were large and clear and… The pictures were large and clear and the descriptions were informative. The pricing is great, far better than the local national hardware/garden center chain store. I had a question and their customer service chat was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered clearly. My item was shipped the afternoon that I ordered it and the only reason it arrived a day later than expected was on FedEx, not MaxTool. This is during the midst of the Corona Virus outbreak so I do not fault FedEx for being a day late and hope they made much more important deliveries than a lawnmower first. Especially since it hasn't stopped raining here long enough to mow in several weeks! Thanks, Liv
