The pricing is great, far better than the local national hardware/garden center chain store. I had a question and their customer service chat was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were answered clearly. My item was shipped the afternoon that I ordered it and the only reason it arrived a day later than expected was on FedEx, not MaxTool. This is during the midst of the Corona Virus outbreak so I do not fault FedEx for being a day late and hope they made much more important deliveries than a lawnmower first. Especially since it hasn't stopped raining here long enough to mow in several weeks! Thanks, Liv

GBHorrible communication Horrible communication. Received defective unit and immediately opened a case with Max Tool. They refuse to respond to emails about the case status. Don't even bother calling them.... you will be on hold for 30 minutes then the system will tell you no one is available to take your call. So here I sit... with a very expensive tool that arrived broken and I can't communicate with anyone to resolve the issue.

GBMaxtool stole $3000.00 from us Maxtool stole $3000.00 from us. Worst company ever. Support is horrible and they are all liars. Purchased items from them. They sent incomplete orders that they could not take care of. Filed for a return of incomplete products through their process. (nightmare). Retuned my items. And they won't refund our money. We spoke with Brianna. Maxtool Thief Also spoke with Jose Gallegos. Bigger Maxtool Thief If they happen to refund my stolen money I will change my post. Until then do not buy from these thieves.

GBNever processed the refund Bought an air compressor via their website. It arrived damaged from shipping (not the seller's fault). Customer support by email from Briana was easy and simple. She sent a return label and a new unit was on the way after they received the return. All good. Replacement unit arrives also damaged from shipping so we agree to a return and full refund. Until was returned yet no refund. Briana insists the refund was processed 1 week ago but nothing shows on my credit card. I've had other refunds from other purchases (not maxtool) done since and they showed up right away on my credit card statement so that tells me maxtool did not issue a refund. Too bad because it seemed to be a nice simple buying experience, apparently not. I'm still waiting for my refund.
