GBMy mower was damaged during shipment My mower was damaged during shipment. Max Tool was very proactive to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. You can often judge a person or a company by what they do when things go wrong. MaxTool showed me they are a stand up company.

GBI purchased a new Makita 18v x2 trimmer… I purchased a new Makita 18v x2 trimmer (roughly $400 total) I received a box that was ripped to shreds and tapped poorly back together. None of the batteries were in the plastic wraps and neither was the double charger. I purchased 4 batteries and only received two. Everything was covered in grass clippings and the unit itself had scratches and paint missing in a spot. I don't understand how this could leave their warehouse. Now i'm suppose to wait for their reps to deem it "returnable" however long that may be, then wait a couple days after to get a return label, ship it back 4-5 business days, then wait another 4-5 business days to get a new unit. Total joke

GBNever processed the refund Bought an air compressor via their website. It arrived damaged from shipping (not the seller's fault). Customer support by email from Briana was easy and simple. She sent a return label and a new unit was on the way after they received the return. All good. Replacement unit arrives also damaged from shipping so we agree to a return and full refund. Until was returned yet no refund. Briana insists the refund was processed 1 week ago but nothing shows on my credit card. I've had other refunds from other purchases (not maxtool) done since and they showed up right away on my credit card statement so that tells me maxtool did not issue a refund. Too bad because it seemed to be a nice simple buying experience, apparently not. I'm still waiting for my refund.

GBHorrible communication Horrible communication. Received defective unit and immediately opened a case with Max Tool. They refuse to respond to emails about the case status. Don't even bother calling them.... you will be on hold for 30 minutes then the system will tell you no one is available to take your call. So here I sit... with a very expensive tool that arrived broken and I can't communicate with anyone to resolve the issue.

GBWebsite is terrible and shady Website is terrible and finicky, will send an error code but still draw funds from your account. Customer service was not forward with me and did not address my problem. I had to call several times and fight with two different agents before my issues were addressed. Poorly run and very shady.
