Their Gerber multi- tools are outstanding and their Customer Service is even better. I was calling from Belgium to get going away gifts for the US military guys I am working with. They walked me through the purchase, are willing to ship to APOs and I had the engraved tools in belgium in a week. Thanks for supporting the troops! We will be getting more from them as other troops rotate out of the unit.

Quality Porducts, Quality Service Gerber Tools has a very good selection, with very descriptive explanations of all the tools. I had no trouble at all finding and purchasing the knife that I wanted. My only complaint is that I selected it be sent via UPS, but I received a USPS tracking number in my e-mail. Upon further examination, however, I found that they were having trouble with UPS, so they had bumped me up to USPS Priority Shipping. Well handled, Gerber Tools!

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE Although I still haven't received my order, I am very pleased with the customer service so far. I still can't evaluate the quallity of their products, but after reading all these reviews, I figure that everything will be ok.

NEVER SHOP HERE! Had the worst experience ever! Bought several goods from them. No sight of the package for several months. Corresponded with their “customer service department” numerous times. Finally, it seems to arrive by our local postal office - but as the address was wrongly written (by the sender) it was returned to sender. Now the worst part: When Two Point Enterprises / Gerber-tools.com receives the package back, it’s damaged by their shipping company - why they only want to make a partial refund (of approx. 60%) of my legal claim (= the amount in full). I’ll repeat that: I’m only refunded approx. 60% for a package which I NEVER RECEIVED! If this isn’t a complete fraudulent scamming business, I don’t know what is. DON’T EVER SHOP HERE!

Good Customer Service I placed my order Sunday night, and with regular USPS shipping my tool arrived by Thursday. And it was engraved! The website is easily navigable, and for someone who knows little about knives I found it very easy to figure out what I wanted.
