Fantastic Service and Products I have read bad reviews, but I have to tell you guys, I ordered some really needed equipment and tools via the phone on Monday afternoon this week, and they showed up our Olathe, KS office on the following morning, Tuesday. Fantastic products and fantastic customer service. They promised me delivery by Thursday and receiving them the very next morning really helped our guys at the jobsite. NICE WORK Acme! Thank you!

Would definitely buy from again I purchased Milwaukee products from Acmetools.com because it was listed as an authorized dealer on Milwaukee’s website. I received my order quickly and as described. I’m reviewing them because often folks don’t write a review unless they had a negative experience.

I ordered an Ego power head with edger… I ordered an Ego power head with edger attachment bundle that also included a string trimmer attachment. Although the trimmer was in my cart when I checked out, it didn't show up on the order invoice. They refused to send me the string trimmer attachment & pretended like they never had that bundle available on their website, even tho I sent them proof that showed people discussing that specific bundle on their specific website. They're either incompetent or dishonest (or both!). Don't trust them!!

Acme Tools has been great for us.... Having ordered several times from Acme Tools, sure, like most suppliers, there has been an issue or two over the years.... but their customer service has been excellent. And for us, resolving a problem without a lot of hassle is imperative for online purchases. If you do have an issue, take photos and send to them.... nobody can take anyone's word in the virtual world if they want to stay in business.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a mud mixer on 6/8/23 with a shipping date of 6/17. Never received. Contacted company. They said it was being delayed till July/August. Never notified of delay. Received an email on Saturday, 7/1 that my payment was never received, and I had 72 hours or my order was being canceled. Long story short, holiday weekend, bank closed on Monday, order canceled. I will never go thru this company again. Ripoff!!
