I have to call for updates. and been told 3 times its a back order item but on there website its says its in stock. ONLY PROMOTION ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER ??? Note to myself stay clear from promotions

GBThey take no responsibility should… They take no responsibility should something go wrong in the delivery, even if their own negligence caused it. Maybe they are a better store than an online store, but my package got stolen because they failed to let me know when the item had shipped.

GBI ordered an Ego power head with edger… I ordered an Ego power head with edger attachment bundle that also included a string trimmer attachment. Although the trimmer was in my cart when I checked out, it didn't show up on the order invoice. They refused to send me the string trimmer attachment & pretended like they never had that bundle available on their website, even tho I sent them proof that showed people discussing that specific bundle on their specific website. They're either incompetent or dishonest (or both!). Don't trust them!!
