Acme Tools has been great for us.... Having ordered several times from Acme Tools, sure, like most suppliers, there has been an issue or two over the years.... but their customer service has been excellent. And for us, resolving a problem without a lot of hassle is imperative for online purchases. If you do have an issue, take photos and send to them.... nobody can take anyone's word in the virtual world if they want to stay in business.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a mud mixer on 6/8/23 with a shipping date of 6/17. Never received. Contacted company. They said it was being delayed till July/August. Never notified of delay. Received an email on Saturday, 7/1 that my payment was never received, and I had 72 hours or my order was being canceled. Long story short, holiday weekend, bank closed on Monday, order canceled. I will never go thru this company again. Ripoff!!

Received a 7 quart igloo cooler with… Received a 7 quart igloo cooler with insulated lid shipped by Acme tools for father's day. Lid does not latch in closed position just falls open. Very disappointed! Bungee cord required. Sucks!

Acme Tools Is Scammer Ripoff! These guys are total scammers. Once they get your credit card number online, they will place orders without your permission and never ship the tools. They placed a DeWalt Order, and after I saw the charge, I told them to cancel it the same day, and they said it shipped, but in reality, nothing shipped. Even to this day, the charged nearly 500$ and refuse to refund and they refuse to send the product they charged for. At first they will pretend that it's shipped, then batteries are on backorder, and then they will say they cancelled it but you never get your money or tools. Stay clear of these ripoffs.

The Customer service is Horrendous! The Customer service is Horrendous!! Bought $700 Plunge Saw with the track as a promotion on 12/21/23 As of this date 2/06/24 still waiting . I have to call for updates. and been told 3 times its a back order item but on there website its says its in stock. ONLY PROMOTION ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER ??? Note to myself stay clear from promotions
