GBIt's Buyer Beware from the Milk Street store. I have purchased a number of items from the Milk Street Store all of which were satisfactory. I recently purchased a non-slip mat for a cutting board. Well it does slip-- a lot. A dampened kitchen towel is far superior. I contacted customer service. I was informed that all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged. Basically it's a buyer beware business model. Not what one would expect from a premium webstore.

GBProblem-free Purchase The cookbook I ordered arrived quickly. I was able to track its progress easily, and it was left in a safe place by the delivery person. I’m looking forward to trying many of the recipes I’ve seen prepared on the Milk Street TV program.

GBWe ordered the cookbook for a Christmas… We ordered the cookbook for a Christmas present on 11/20/23. It is now 12/18/23 and still no cookbook. Customer service on the phone was useless. The tracking nos. supplied with the shipping confirmation received on 12/14/23 email state that no label has been created. Really not pleased.
