Overall top marks all round The course is great and is explained in an easily digestible way. The live demonstrations are also key and very informative. The customer service I have received with Carlos has been outstanding. Being from the UK there are some slight changes with the app used etc but Carlos has helped me get up and running and I am now comfortable with my setup and strategy.

20-Minute Trader Customer Service Is Awesome! I am currrently a 20-Minute Trader student and registered with Elite Trading Club and Secret Pattern Masterclass and just wanted to provide this referral to possibly help those that are on the fence. I believe that success is in the system, and the 20-Minute Trader system is excellent. My biggest concern going in was, if I didn't get the hang of it, would their customer service offer the kind and amount of support I needed? The answer to both questions is 'yes'. Before the ETC, every question I had, whether via text or email, was answered timely. Now, being a part of the ETC, the choices I have are immense. I currently work during the day and am easily able to meet with my mentor outside of my work-hours; they even have weekend hours. In addition, you can sign-up for as much help as you would like. As you sign-up for services, all your videos are organized into your own library, which makes everything easily accessible and really helps you with the learning process. Another experience I had with customer service involved a refund. Although I never asked for any money back, customer service refunded my ETC fee right after I signed up for the SPM because the SPM offer involved one-month of ETC for free.....exceptional behavior. I am very confident that with the support 20-Min. Trader provides, my success with their system will soon follow.........Thank you 20-Min. Trader.
