The support team is REAL PEOPLE, not bots, and are available to answer any questions, offer advice, and walk you through every step (at whatever pace works for you). There are so many ads and gimmicks out there offering you some get rich quick strategy in trading and my experience with 20 Minute trader has put them all to shame. This team really does want you to LEARN and develop skills to continue on your very own. They build you up so you can go forward with confidence. Awesome people The customer service experience is really great. The 1-1 appointments are awesome if you have any questions about trading. Highly recommend the program how wants to start in this. The videos are great straight to the point and not long. Carlos helps me a lot giving feedback to my trades and giving me more confidence to go live and start trading.

Definitely Worth It 20 Minute Trader is excellent. The programs are very reasonably priced. It doesn't over promise. It's not a scam. I joined because Jeremy Russell was transparent on his social media accounts about losing a lot of money by getting away from his tried-and-true strategies. Once he got back to them, he was successful again. I've stayed because of the amazing coaching (shout out to Andy) and the things I'm learning.

Overall top marks all round The course is great and is explained in an easily digestible way. The live demonstrations are also key and very informative. The customer service I have received with Carlos has been outstanding. Being from the UK there are some slight changes with the app used etc but Carlos has helped me get up and running and I am now comfortable with my setup and strategy.

Course content was solid... but the support offered is AMAZING! I've really enjoyed the course content so far. I'm working through it bit by bit. But what I really appreciate is that I have gotten the occasional text or email nudge from someone on the customer support team. It's always kind, simple, non-urgent but welcoming, usually checking to see if I need help with setting up the charts to be successful. I hate high pressure sales, and up sales.. but I've really enjoyed the support that this team has offered. They're responsive, and understanding and REAL! and if I didn't respond to a text, or email, it was usually a week until they'd reach out again. For me that is ideal. no false urgency, just encouragement and support. Thanks Nicole and Gerald!
