Coach Carlos Carlos has been available for questions and extremely helpful. He is always willing to discuss what he saw and to help me thoroughly understand the reasons for decisions that Jeremy and he made per trade. I like the notion of the program; I just need more time practicing before I am comfortable trading real money

I've had a really great experience… I've had a really great experience through the course. Carlos on the 20min team has been awesome always checking in and supporting getting things ramped up. If you're new to trading this is a great way to get in and get started and the simplicity, once you commit the time, is really something to enjoy. Course content was solid... but the support offered is AMAZING! I've really enjoyed the course content so far. I'm working through it bit by bit. But what I really appreciate is that I have gotten the occasional text or email nudge from someone on the customer support team. It's always kind, simple, non-urgent but welcoming, usually checking to see if I need help with setting up the charts to be successful. I hate high pressure sales, and up sales.. but I've really enjoyed the support that this team has offered. They're responsive, and understanding and REAL! and if I didn't respond to a text, or email, it was usually a week until they'd reach out again. For me that is ideal. no false urgency, just encouragement and support. Thanks Nicole and Gerald!

He’s been extremely patient with me, an old nubby to the trading game.
