GBI had to contact them a few weeks after… I had to contact them a few weeks after a sent my books in because I hadn't heard a word from them and hadn't recieved payment. They did get back to me in a timely manner and told me they had received my books but they had to be sent to the publisher for confirmation as they are often replicated. They only thing I would change is that they send an email out when they receive the books to let the customer know what the next step is.

GBAwesome BEST PLACE TO SELL BACK TEXTBOOKS EVER!!! Selling, sending, printing out the free shipping label, and instructions on how to send my books to the company was all too easy and stress-free! I got my money for my textbooks that I sold to them in a matter of just a FEW DAYS!!! better than all the other companies out there and they give the BEST sell back PRICES!!! More money in your pocket for school!!! Just wish they accepted more of my textbooks I wanted to sell back from other schools but what I did sell was enough to help get my lab manual for nursing school this semester!!!

GBDon’t use!!! They are closed for good I sent my book in March 7th 2024. It delivered March 11th 2024 and today is April 18th 2024. Still no check in the mail lol. I go to contact them and it says that they are closed. Wish I looked at reviews before sending in my book.

GBI sent several books to this company… I sent several books to this company March 2, 2024. I have been sending emails with no response. Now today I look their website up and they are showing closed. Wow what a way to do business. Why accept more books and not communicate that you are closing? This fraud. They have my product I sent which was in great condition I expect payment.

GBThis was the first time selling a book… This was the first time selling a book for me, and even though it took some time it was very organized and they do what they said on their policy. Definitely will use them again
