GBGreat customer service I bought a Super Summary from Amazon. I was disappointed because the font was quite small and the color was light gray, leaving it impossible for me to read. I contacted SS and within a day they responded that Amazon does their own printing and they can’t control that. But they generously sent me the PDF copy of my book and offered a second one for free. I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism of the customer service which, in turn, reflected positively on the company.

GBTried the app for the 7 day free trial… Tried the app for the 7 day free trial and used the books I needed to see. Since I finish the book in less than 7 days I canceled my subscription and they gave me all my money back! really good summaries with quotes themes etc.

GBKind and honest I accidentally renewed my subscription and at this time the $ were too high as I’ma retired teacher. Though I had not canceled in time, they made sure my money was returned. So not only are they a great source for analysis, they are kind and honest.
