SuperSummary is well... SUPER! I have a reading tutoring business and SuperSummary was a great resource for me last year when I was tutoring an English language learner. The summaries helped me more easily explain the concepts and highlights of each chapter. We would read the chapter from the actual book, and then read the sunmmary to help clarify etc. It helped my student gain confidence and improve her vocabulary and reading comprehension skills even though her current reading level and vocabulary understanding was below where her class was at. It made lesson prep much easier and a huge time saver for me. They also have fabulous customer support!

Listening to the customer I mistakenly thought my account had expired, so I signed up for a second account. I later discovered that the original account was still active. I worked with the customer support people and explained the situation. After some back and forth the company refunded my money. They truly listened to my concerns. I was thrilled because I use the app quite a bit in my participation in my reading group. I find the analysis of the books I have been reading to be great conversation starters.

Slow customer service on refund EDIT: issue resolved Slow customer service on refund, where I tell that I signed up for a monthly payment, got charged the whole year. Kinda feel like an absolute scam. Edit: My refund was given to me pretty rapidly after I took down my Paypal dispute, and the support was kind even though the first message they send me looked like a threat. TY

3-12-24 attempt to set up account! On 3-12-24 on line, I gave you my credit card to set up an account. Since that time, I have not been able to open any of the complete summaries so your service is unusable. You don't give a telephone number so that we can actually talk. You already have my email which I gave when I set up the account.

Great company Great summaries and very helpful costumer service. I suggested a few books to add to their summaries and within a couple months they had them available. Thank you SuperSummary! You are super.
