GBSlow and steady Unfortunately Plenity doesn't kill your cravings. It does keep me feeling less hungry and I do get the feeling of being fuller longer which helps me to make better food choices. I don't like the plentiy app as well as some others I've used but if it's the only one you have tried i feel it would be sufficient. I also am finding that Doctors contact are a bit tough for me. Over all I'd like to be losing more weight faster but at the same time I feel I'm forming some healthy habits because I'm not hungry all the time so I make better choices. I am hopeful.

GBNot for everyone I don’t believe it was anyone’s fault. I took Plenity as instructed. I workout vigorously 75 - 120 min a day 7 days a week at times. And I’m a runner. I don’t eat unhealthy but not going to say I’m a healthy eater also. I consume alcohol moderately. Since it didn’t appear to be working for me. And I saw minimal weight loss. Decided to just stop taking and no longer place an additional order.

GBPlenity works! I like the idea that Plenity is considered a medical device. I dislike pills which increase my heart rate or cause anxiety or increased blood pressure. Plenity RX with 16 oz of water does fill my stomach. I am definitely eating less. In the first 2 weeks I lost 4 pounds.

GBInitially the feeling of fullness was… Initially the feeling of fullness was great and long lasting. It seems as the weeks progress (I just finished week 8), the feeling of fullness is less prevalent. I'll stick with it, although the weight loss is slowing down, which is discouraging after being pretty vigilant with a much lower daily calorie intake.
