Subpar Service the communication started dwindling after the initial intake and it became progressively brash. I could tell the person was getting annoyed with my questions and requests. After the fact, I started applying and I've gotten nothing but rejections. When I sent an email and clearly told them the issue, they asked for my resume, then responded here is a coupon, please get one of our packages...so another $300...for a total of over $600?!?

They are a scammer! They are a scammer! Don’t trust them with your money. Placed an order on 3/25 with for a full service with discount $296.1. My credit card was charged. I decided to cancel the service and I contacted them within 12 hours because I received a new job interview and I no longer needed a new resume. So, I contacted them via email (that’s the only option) and I requested to cancel the service. They responded after 1 day on 3/26 and asked for my reason of cancellation. I told them I did not need the service anymore. So, under the circumstance that My old resume was NEVER sent to them. No other communication was set up. It’s reasonable for me to just cancel the service I had not yet received at that moment. I tried to contact them multiple times for any refund update. Today is 4/8. NO RESPONSES. No refund. I have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! There are better companies outside.

They didn’t do what I had asked from… They didn’t do what I had asked from the beginning. So when I got the resume back, I had to send many many emails to which they never would respond. When I finally threatened legal action I got a little movement from them. They pseudo fixed what I asked. I finally decided to fix it myself.
