Despite their advertised deadlines in both standard and premium service packages, they consistently failed to meet them. Worse still, when I requested a refund due to their inability to deliver on time, they avoided addressing my concerns altogether, offering nothing but apologies for their high workload. Additionally, when they finally assigned a writer to me, it took an extra two days. Even though they provided a summary and curriculum vitae, I found it disappointingly similar to what I had provided them initially. Now, they're ignoring my refund request, seemingly waiting for the five-day period I have for edits to pass, just to automatically close the request without any resolution or response to my concerns. This entire ordeal has been a waste of both TIME and MONEY, and I cannot recommend their services.

Upon noticing this, I immediately raised my concerns with their customer support, expecting a swift resolution such as a full refund or reassignment to a more competent writer. However, my complaints have been met with nothing but inefficiency and a lack of accountability. Despite multiple communications, ZipJob has neither refunded me nor provided a suitable alternative to rectify their substandard service. This experience has not only wasted my time and money but has also caused significant frustration due to their non-responsive demeanor and the critical nature of the service they failed to properly deliver. I trusted ZipJob with something as important as my professional representation, and they have utterly failed to meet the basic standards expected of a professional resume writing service. I urge potential customers to consider this experience as a testament to the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by ZipJob. I am now forced to escalate this issue publicly to seek resolution and to advise others to steer clear of their services to avoid similar disappointment.

Easy to work with. The products that ZipJob provides are second to none. The writer contacting you is a whole other story. I never once received any follow up or feedback from my writer, I always had to call the customer service phone line to see what the progress of my order was. Going forward ZipJob needs to provide service after the sale and keep your customers posted on the status of the package that they purchased.
