Serious Complaint About Poor Service and Unresponsive Customer Support at ZipJob I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the resume writing service provided by ZipJob, which I began using on April 3, 2024. I was assigned a writer named Robert who, disappointingly, only copy-pasted the content of my existing resume without making any meaningful changes or improvements. Upon noticing this, I immediately raised my concerns with their customer support, expecting a swift resolution such as a full refund or reassignment to a more competent writer. However, my complaints have been met with nothing but inefficiency and a lack of accountability. Despite multiple communications, ZipJob has neither refunded me nor provided a suitable alternative to rectify their substandard service. This experience has not only wasted my time and money but has also caused significant frustration due to their non-responsive demeanor and the critical nature of the service they failed to properly deliver. I trusted ZipJob with something as important as my professional representation, and they have utterly failed to meet the basic standards expected of a professional resume writing service. I urge potential customers to consider this experience as a testament to the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by ZipJob. I am now forced to escalate this issue publicly to seek resolution and to advise others to steer clear of their services to avoid similar disappointment.

Scam Service Unfortunately, I have to give them a 1 star. The first resume I felt was a little wordy but I was assured this was the proper format and honestly the first one was at least getting picked up via autofill but was still not getting any hits. After my 60 days I was able to get it re-written and this time it was a lot shorter and this time I was told that each person has a different writing style, which is true, but they should all have at least some format to follow and ensure it gets picked up through autofill systems; the new format only gets read with a couple of my positions and I have to manually fill every thing else out. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Follow up executive client from last year. I am a follow up executive client from last year (2021). I've have a couple different roles that needed to be added to my resume, and also needed to get it verified through an ATS system for online submittals. Jacob, my account manager... and Traci, my lead writer, did a fantastic job of replying quickly and keeping me posted on the progress. Thank you for your help, team!

My writer was great My writer was great! Answered all my questions no matter how many I sent and always in a timely manner. My resume looks significantly better and it has been getting a lot more attention. Haven't gotten a job yet but I am hopefully that with this resume review I will.
