My writer was great My writer was great! Answered all my questions no matter how many I sent and always in a timely manner. My resume looks significantly better and it has been getting a lot more attention. Haven't gotten a job yet but I am hopefully that with this resume review I will.

Near Instant Results My job hunt was going nowhere, so I contacted ZipJob for help with my resume. I took the first draft ZipJob provided and - after some touch ups - sent it off. I got a response literally within minutes as the new resume got past the ATS bots. If I can talk to a person, I can often get the job. Getting past the bots has always been the tough part. Now I'm actually talking to recruiters! Very happy with my results.

Follow up executive client from last year. I am a follow up executive client from last year (2021). I've have a couple different roles that needed to be added to my resume, and also needed to get it verified through an ATS system for online submittals. Jacob, my account manager... and Traci, my lead writer, did a fantastic job of replying quickly and keeping me posted on the progress. Thank you for your help, team!

I purchased the premium package… I purchased the premium package thinking that I will receive well tailored, properly formatted cover letter and resume for my job search. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Even though my writer was super nice and quick to respond, I am not sure that ZipJob assigned a writer who specializes in writing for new grad nurses. I spoke to an HR mgr who specializes in nursing and was informed that the cover letter and resume were generic at best. Very disappointed that $300 went down the drain...

Scam Service Unfortunately, I have to give them a 1 star. The first resume I felt was a little wordy but I was assured this was the proper format and honestly the first one was at least getting picked up via autofill but was still not getting any hits. After my 60 days I was able to get it re-written and this time it was a lot shorter and this time I was told that each person has a different writing style, which is true, but they should all have at least some format to follow and ensure it gets picked up through autofill systems; the new format only gets read with a couple of my positions and I have to manually fill every thing else out. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
