Very disappointed... I'm a writer currently tied up with several ongoing projects. I needed a resume to submit to a potential client and went to ZipJob after reading reviews. Unfortunately, what I received looked like something written by a poorly programmed AI platform. I may be able to salvage the resume after I was given a second draft, but the LinkedIn profile update was - and I hate to say this - straight garbage. I would have been better off looking for someone local to help me with my needs. If you are looking for someone to help you write a resume, I would suggest you go the same route.

I was assigned a writer named Robert who, disappointingly, only copy-pasted the content of my existing resume without making any meaningful changes or improvements. Upon noticing this, I immediately raised my concerns with their customer support, expecting a swift resolution such as a full refund or reassignment to a more competent writer. However, my complaints have been met with nothing but inefficiency and a lack of accountability. Despite multiple communications, ZipJob has neither refunded me nor provided a suitable alternative to rectify their substandard service. This experience has not only wasted my time and money but has also caused significant frustration due to their non-responsive demeanor and the critical nature of the service they failed to properly deliver. I trusted ZipJob with something as important as my professional representation, and they have utterly failed to meet the basic standards expected of a professional resume writing service. I urge potential customers to consider this experience as a testament to the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by ZipJob. I am now forced to escalate this issue publicly to seek resolution and to advise others to steer clear of their services to avoid similar disappointment.

My writer was great My writer was great! Answered all my questions no matter how many I sent and always in a timely manner. My resume looks significantly better and it has been getting a lot more attention. Haven't gotten a job yet but I am hopefully that with this resume review I will.
