Very disappointed... I'm a writer currently tied up with several ongoing projects. I needed a resume to submit to a potential client and went to ZipJob after reading reviews. Unfortunately, what I received looked like something written by a poorly programmed AI platform. I may be able to salvage the resume after I was given a second draft, but the LinkedIn profile update was - and I hate to say this - straight garbage. I would have been better off looking for someone local to help me with my needs. If you are looking for someone to help you write a resume, I would suggest you go the same route.

Sophia, the writer was quick to respond, asked great probing questions and really got to know me and the direction I was wanting to go. Her drafts were well written and she always responded back and worked with me to create really nice, well written and professional documents. I highly recommend this service for all.

Easy to work with. The products that ZipJob provides are second to none. The writer contacting you is a whole other story. I never once received any follow up or feedback from my writer, I always had to call the customer service phone line to see what the progress of my order was. Going forward ZipJob needs to provide service after the sale and keep your customers posted on the status of the package that they purchased.

I purchased the premium package… I purchased the premium package thinking that I will receive well tailored, properly formatted cover letter and resume for my job search. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Even though my writer was super nice and quick to respond, I am not sure that ZipJob assigned a writer who specializes in writing for new grad nurses. I spoke to an HR mgr who specializes in nursing and was informed that the cover letter and resume were generic at best. Very disappointed that $300 went down the drain...
