I had also forgotten to list one pertinent piece of information which I sent to my personal writer who had an updated version ready within 12 hours, all this over the Christmas/New Year holiday! Had call backs and interviews within two days, could not be more pleased!

I purchased the premium package… I purchased the premium package thinking that I will receive well tailored, properly formatted cover letter and resume for my job search. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Even though my writer was super nice and quick to respond, I am not sure that ZipJob assigned a writer who specializes in writing for new grad nurses. I spoke to an HR mgr who specializes in nursing and was informed that the cover letter and resume were generic at best. Very disappointed that $300 went down the drain...
