Packaging is usually done perfectly with precision - this last shipment has two of my Yogi boxes crushed but the tea bags did not split. Shipping is quick and received with a doorbell ring! They offer good prices and priiver high qality prodects. I find it easy to navigte the website, all the infirmation I needed was there. Iother thing I liked about Vitacost is that the customer service is very friendly and helpfull, they answered all my questions promtly. In general, I'm hapyp with Vitacost and its services.

Vitacost has become the absolute worst … Vitacost has become the absolute worst company to try and navigate their website which always seems to be crashed when they have a big promotion. Their customer service is non existent. They make it impossible to contact them. The online chat is a joke. They do not respond to Messenger or constant e-mails. They need to be brought up to the BBB in Florida for their fraudulent practices. That just don’t care about their customers.If they spent more money on customer service and getting a website like No. 7 has, I would remain a customer. Now I won’t even buy their product on Amazon. They totally disgust their valued customers. Good riddance to what used to be a fairly decent place to buy supplements. This negative review will not even matter to them, that is how BAD and disgusting they have become.

Bravo! I once purchased from Vitacost often, but stopped because of deteriorating service. However, I recently placed three orders, with excellent results. I had suggested to them for years that they ship factory cases of products when possible. In the two orders that I received today, they did exactly that! As a result, there were *no* broken glass bottles in either box. This change in the way they fulfill orders lowers their costs for a quite number of reasons, which ultimately benefit customers. It also enhances the shopping experience tremendously! Everything about doing business with Vitacost now produces superb results. Bravo, Vitacost! Bravo!
