ICC has the finest culinary faculty in the world ICC has the finest culinary faculty in the world. As a student, you learn from living legends like Jacques Pepin, Andre Soltner, and Jacques Torres. No matter how good a cook you are at the outset, from the day you start to the day you graduate, you learn and evolve more than you could imagine. Plus, the job placement resources reach far and wide. Your return on investment in an ICC education is tremendous.

My first steps in my career ICC is not just a school is a family with is looking after you even when u finish the program. I recommend this culinary program to someone one with is really passion with food. I can tell you that I'm not from America my English it was not perfect but they have so much canines to explain me every questions I ask for . Look to me now😁 I have my own company in 3 years doing private party 🎉 and working for one of the best Jean George's Vegan restaurant. Thank u to all my Chefs thank you ICC

A wonderful learning experience. I took with me valuable knowledge. I made friendships that continue today and became business partnerships. The ICC gave me a solid foundation on which to build. I would recommend the ICC to anyone interested in getting a foot in to the culinary world. I would also recommend it to anyone looking to expand their knowledge. If you are a novice or a seasoned veteran, this is the place for you.

Am I glad that I went to culinary … Am I glad that I went to culinary school? I suppose so. I learned a tremendous amount, but not without plenty of hiccups - mainly from a handful of rude staff - along the way. For the most part, the instructors were good, but there were two who were absolutely atrocious - the reason I chose not to pursue a career in the industry.

Such a memorable experience. From the individual attention from the chefs to the high quality ingredients we used my time at school was top notch. As a second career person it was actually tougher than I thought but that excellence opened doors to me as the food community knows the high standards of the school. Thank you ICC for sending me on a wonderful path.
