AUBilled USD $95.29 for Domestika Plus without my consent Did 3 delightful art courses, but then found I had been subscribed to Domestika Plus without my consent and billed USD $95.29 on my credit card. I have applied for a refund, and now need to check if it has come through. Customer service non-existent. Beware! Keep a close eye on your credit card. Pretty dodgy business practice, even if the courses themselves were very good.

GBDomestika complaint I have just had the same experience as another reviewer here. I just had money taken out of my bank a/c for Domestika+ which I did not knowingly subscribe to. It is impossible to speak or contact them. I Facebook messaged Domestika and just got referred to their website - which is useless. I wish a refund but cannot find a way to get a response from them in person. Do not use this company.

GBCharged me for a yearly subscription… Charged me for a yearly subscription without my consent. Company phone numbers are not in working order. I was able to contact the company (somehow) from the website and I received an email saying that I signed up for a trial (I did not) and that I could remove the subscription from my account page. There is no place to remove the subscription. I am not going to rest until this company is held accountable.

GBUnauthorised payment taken by Domestika The domestika courses are just about ok and under a £10 they are quite good value.BUT...I've just had £90 taken out of my account that I did not authorise. This was for PLUS a yearly subscription that I also definitely did not ask for.Like lots of large companies it is impossible to contact them directly.Very frustrating. I won't be using them again

GBAvoid this company I was charged £94.86 for a thing called domestika plus that they are sneaking into customers baskets when purchasing a course. I couldn’t contact anyone and the online instructions to get a refund were a nonsense! PayPal are refunding me thankfully. What a shame that what was a good company has turned so shady
