GBBeware!!! The company charged me £95 for an annual subscription that I did not register for. I only bought a £5.60 course. I contacted them and they told me the refund button is on the subscription. But it wasn't showing and now they havent responded to my emails. I can't afford to call them so just sending regular emails hoping they will answer. This has gone on for more than a month. BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing courses from Domestika as you may un witting be signing up for a years subscription! It is very misleading.

HUThey charged me 99,99 $ They charged me 99,99 $. I didn't even know what it is at first. Be careful with this company they charge you with annual fee even if you didn't subscribe for it. Update: i could cancel my annual subscription, so I got back my money.

UAA dystopian company A dystopian company that will suffer reputational and legal losses from its actions. Yes, they charge you for an annual subscription, but the worst thing is not the fact of this, but the fact that they have no live people in technical support and are completely closed to any communication on social networks. They won't hear your request and will send you template emails dozens of times that won't help you. Also, the fact that you can't delete your payment data from their service is remarkable (their financial department deserves hell for such dark patterns) I don't need a boilerplate response under this review, better provide me with a live person who is able to hear me and conduct the refund process Domestika is a place with good courses, but now I will not recommend it even if all its courses become free for life. Its reputation has been destroyed by itself.

GBI have just been charged over $100 for… I have just been charged over $100 for a subscription I did not sign up to. I contacted them through PayPal, heard nothing. I called the phone number that is on their website...message said to email. Emailed the email address and then received an email back saying this email address doesn't deal with this issue and referred me back to the help questions again. I am going round in circles !!!! I just want my money back ASAP!!!!

IEBunch of Scammers I wish I could give zero stars for this SCAM, you buy one course from them, and without your consent or authorisation they charge you for a Plus subscription with them, they will not inform you that you are part of some Plus account and they will not tell you when the "free" trial will end. You will only find out once 91 euro is taken out of your account, and that is when they will reply to all your messages with an automated response, the humans behind this company are hiding away delighted with their scam. I will let EVERYONE know what a scam this is! For anyone in a similar situation, look at the Facebook group Domestika Scam and you may find some help in your situation.
