I have been on the Smart For Life diet…a little over a month I have been on the Smart For Life diet a little over a month now and I must say it's pretty much the only diet where you can literally have your cake and eat it too! I love the many different options there is between the cookies, cupcakes, soups, etc... I order all my products through Adrian and he is very helpful, informative and pleasant to speak with. Whenever I have had any kind of issue, Adrian fixed it immediately which is something you don't see everyday so I am very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone looking to lose weight.

I really love the green tea protein bars. I really love the green tea protein bars. I’ve maintained my weight and health for years by eating one for breakfast every day. I especially like that it isn’t too sweet, as some of the other flavors are, and that it doesn’t have any sugar alcohols. My only concern is that they are often very sticky on the bottom and cling to the wrapper tenaciously. I can live with this, but I’m concerned that this will turn off other customers. I’d hate to see it discontinued.

Unhappy with purchase! Poor customer service! I purchased a 5 week supply of these cookies and was not impressed with the texture they aldo tasted very odd and leave a slightly oily aftertaste in your mouth. I immediately Called up customer service and requested a refund they said they can’t take them back. I do not recall seeing this policy on the website. I would have ordered online thru Costco if that was the case/. I tried calling back smart for life customer service on multiple ocassions hoping to speak to someone else and sent several emails but was completely ignored. I am only Leaving this review as this company has emailed me several times for a review of my purchase this way others can hear about my experience and reconsider when purchasing this product online. I do feel that 178.00 was a large amount to spend on these cookies:-(

I ordered the product on March 29th… I ordered the product on March 29th (Thursday) and did not receive it until Tues April 10th, well past the 7-10 day window even if you don't count weekends

I first went on this program back in… I first went on this program back in 2008, lost a lot of weight then. Maintained ok through the years, but during this pandemic I got out of control. Now I’m back on and although the weight isn’t coming off as fast as it did last time, I am heading in the right direction. Customer service is great too, place your order and it’s here the next day! Great new variety of cookies now too!!
