The SFL product is awesome. The SFL product is awesome. My favorite is the Irresistible Chocolate Chip cookies that are individually wrapped. They are delicious and healthy. I keep mine in the fridge. You gotta try this cookie even if you’re not losing weight! You will not regret trying. I recommend highly!!

I placed my order nearly a week ago and… I placed my order nearly a week ago and still nothing has even shipped out yet. They did, however, debit the money from my bank account on day 1. I tried to 'chat' with them thru the website yesterday and received a message saying they usually respond within a couple of hours.....I've heard nothing. Then I emailed them today to find out about shipping time....still crickets. I've always gotten their product straight from the Smart 4 Life office near me. This is the first time I'm attempting mail order. So far.....not impressed.

I have been on the Smart For Life diet…a little over a month I have been on the Smart For Life diet a little over a month now and I must say it's pretty much the only diet where you can literally have your cake and eat it too! I love the many different options there is between the cookies, cupcakes, soups, etc... I order all my products through Adrian and he is very helpful, informative and pleasant to speak with. Whenever I have had any kind of issue, Adrian fixed it immediately which is something you don't see everyday so I am very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend this diet to anyone looking to lose weight.

I love the carrot cake muffins and I… I love the carrot cake muffins and I love cinnamon, but, I think they have way too much cinnamon in them and that overabundance overshadows the actual enjoyment of the cake itself. I will tell you that when I eat them they really facilitate bulky stools the next morning and they create a much-needed ease and comfort of elimination. So, that' s why I gave you a four-star rating. Frankly, I believe this product is too expensive. I wish you would carry a great-tasting diet drink, possibly using Stevia. I remember the Underway Acai product you used to carry. I sure wish you could find an alternative satisfying drink like it. Gratefully yours, B Peet

After years of purchasing this product… After years of purchasing this product and having it delivered to my home address, the company recently mailed a purchase to an old address at which I have not lived for 8 years. So I had to pay for the same products a second time, to receive the product at the correct address.
