I was very close to the deadline to complete defensive driving certificate and thought I was going to miss it. But NISE staff (Tess) was super quick in their response to my queries, helped me with the registration even when it was late Friday after office hours that I reached out to them. NiSE was wonderful I had gotten a speeding ticket while taking my brother to visit our mother and NiSE made it very easy to take the defensive driving course. It was a little boring, but that's what I get I guess haha. Anyways 10/10 would recomend.
