The course was very informative The course was very informative. The reading material was reasonably easy to understand. Please review as there are some areas where grammar is confused. There is a section that speaks of dander and you may mean danger. Some words are just missing. The, a and an are sometimes inserted or missing, Sorry but I just had to say so. Overall, thank you for the course and the seriousness of the material made me think about my driving habits.

Great platform and helpful service. Cant remember who helped me via phone, but she was very kind and helpful. The course was very clear and easy to follow, as well as very instructive and straight forward. Thank you for your help with solving my traffic ticket in the best way possible.

None of the videos worked None of the videos worked - they were all from a private channel. The pacing of the information was odd, with some pages containing just a couple sentences, and others containing paragraphs all to be read in the same amount of time. I found the identity verification questions after each and every section to be irritating - unsure if this is AZ law for these sorts of courses or not. Very wordy, not enough visuals. I appreciated that it wasn’t very difficult, so that’s a plus. But a little more effort could make this slightly less painful.

I wish it wasn’t timed, so that I would have gotten it done faster and not zone out all the time. Maybe some humor would keep it interesting and help us retain information?
