Trust Optimus 3 you will be Satisfied. I researched numerous affordable vehicle trackers and found Optimus 3 had the best reviews. It cost about $20.00 more than some of the competitors but seemed worth it. It came quickly, registration and set up were straight forward and easy. It worked flawlessly and enabled me to document abuse of the company truck and take immediate action. The employee protested initially but when I told him exactly where and when he had abused the truck usage the matter was settled.

Immediate Easy Assistance Ryan spoke fluent English. So grateful. He explained the problem to me and realized the unit was not repairable. Is resending another unit free of charge even though the issue *may* have been my fault. This exchange could not have gone more smoothly and Optimus is restoring my faith in how businesses handle customer service. I wish all business models everywhere would follow this lead.
