More Clarity I liked the Responsive Communication. The item arrived within a few days as expected without any damage and wrapped carefully. However, when I went ahead and gave them my information to go through with the Transaction. I was never told how much the Shipping was gonna cost and about the Extra Processing Fee. I will purchase parts from you guys again hopefully but I hope next time you tell me how much all this is gonna cost. Other than that, would highly recommend them.

My house is on the beach in a salt air… My house is on the beach in a salt air environment. My previous alarm disintegrated due to the harsh environment. I bought a replacement from another company but the mechanism housing was pot metal. It would not have lasted a week. Yours is sealed heavy plastic. Just what I needed. I realized that the gong has to be metal but yours has a nice paint coat on it. If it wears out I will just replace that part and not the whole mechanism.
