Firstly the help files all relate to an old version of the app so when you set it up nothing looks like it does in the instructions, secondly when you wear it, I couldn’t see any live workout trackers. Ease of use 1/10, website use 1/10. Apple Watch and the associated Fitness app is miles better, waste of £60 utter tosh.

Big improvement in Customer Service - Tech team, take note! Well - I'm not sure what's happened lately but the Customer Service has massively stepped up after what seemed like a long dip in quality. I want to give huge props to both Leryn and Abigail - the former for troubleshooting with my old MZ3 and setting me up with the MZ1 and then Abigail for providing help with initial bugs with the MZ1 before ultimately providing a replacement. Keep hold of these two! Now, if only the tech was as reliable...

Terrible customer service - buy another product. I’ve had a myzone for circa 2 years. I love the interface and bar intermittent faults I found that it helped keep me motivated and focussed BUT The customer service is the worst I’ve ever known. My product has totally stopped working. I’ve raised 2 support tickets (both ignored) and even emailed the address posted on response to other comments on here (again ignored). I’m outside the warranty period however wouldn’t expect a £140 product to have a faulty batter this soon. At first I’d planned to buy another if I was offered a discount code (you can also find them online) but based on this service absolutely no chance.

Not a perfect monitor for every fitness… Not a perfect monitor for every fitness program - but overall it seems to work. Best if used as a reference level monitor - not actual count for calories burned. Just a good assessment if your workout effort is going up or down from day to day.

I’m really disappointed with the… I’m really disappointed with the customer service or lack of currently with Myzone. My device is not storing data as it should and I have now opened 2 support tickets, the first on 27th feb 2024 - over 2 weeks ago, the second on 7th March, nearly a week ago I’ve had no response and both tickets say 2-3days even with the delay. I use my device everyday and to have something that isn’t working as expected is extremely disappointing
