GBCan’t fault it! I love my myzone it really motivates me to put more effort into my work out. Watching the MEPS go up boosts me! I’ve had a few issues where I’ve needed help and the customer service has always been quick and helpful resolving my issues.

GBAwful customer service.. Awful customer service... Happy to take your cash, but the after sales support is woeful. Currently waiting 7 days for a reply to my message - 3rd separate time I’ve been in touch to resolve the same issue. Shame, because the heart rate tracking is actually really helpful.

CAMy overall experiece with myzone.org… My overall experiece with myzone.org was midddiling. The website was easy enough to use but navigation could be more efficient. It's prtty cool how they have fitnness trackers and other monitoring servies, but the prices seem steep. I didn't have to wait long for customer suport to respnd and they graciously answerd all my questions. It'd be nice if they had more promos and discounted prices though. I guess yiu get what you pay for so maybe its worth it.

GBTerrible customer service - buy another product. I’ve had a myzone for circa 2 years. I love the interface and bar intermittent faults I found that it helped keep me motivated and focussed BUT The customer service is the worst I’ve ever known. My product has totally stopped working. I’ve raised 2 support tickets (both ignored) and even emailed the address posted on response to other comments on here (again ignored). I’m outside the warranty period however wouldn’t expect a £140 product to have a faulty batter this soon. At first I’d planned to buy another if I was offered a discount code (you can also find them online) but based on this service absolutely no chance.
