Batteries were promptly shipped after… Batteries were promptly shipped after some back and forth emails concerning questions I had. Nobody answers the published phone number but they do respond to emails. One of the 4 batteries I ordered was defective (7.3V, not 12V) and they quickly sent a replacement and paid for the return costs. Very happy with the battery backups for my Liftmaster garage door opener overall. Literally plugged them in and mounted the pack back on the wall. Posted video on their website was all I needed to understand what to do to replace old batteries.

Inadequate Packaging Packaging for shipment was grossly inadequate and customer service, while polite, was unwilling or unable to resolve the issue of damaged goods to my satisfaction. Return policy was overly restrictive and led me to return items and shop elsewhere. To clarify... I ordered 3 set of batteries: The first package was missing a battery (which was readily sent to me... off to a good start!). The second package was fine. The third package did not survive shipping, and had been "reassembled" by USPS. The shorted terminals happened in transit, long before I even even thought about installing them. I noticed it when I went to prep everything to do the work. We had an extensive thread of emails about this and where never able to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

I wanted to request a return to… I wanted to request a return to exchange for correct battery, this way they pay shipping both ways. The return number has no answer. Communication via email is slow!! You have to pay for a return if you don't exchange. There is no one on staff to help with getting the correct battery, so I'm stuck with a battery I can't use.

Great experience Great experience, fast ship and even better fast install! Having the leads already attached made the install much faster and I prefer soldered connections rather than crimped. Remounted the Evercharge, let it charge and no problems.
