You should praise him for his excellent service, unlike the first driver you sent here on Friday 4/5/24. That individual named Doug needs to take a course on customer service and shouldn’t be dealing with your customers if you want them to return in the future.

Ordering over the phone for a major appliance is stressful but she answered all my questions and called me back in a timely fashion when I left her a voice message. Still waiting for the delivery of the appliance as I ordered it earlier in the week, crossing my fingers all arrives without damage.
