Terrible Quality Control I ordered the black LW25 Comfort plus, it arrived quickly but when I opened it and tried it for the first time it leaked from the bottom. Support seemed to know of the issue and the only good experience I've had so far with this company was how quickly the lady helped me on the phone. So I finally get my replacement and it's the wrong color(white) and wrong model(regular LW25). Still currently waiting for my 2nd replacement, at least I got my refund after 20 days...

Easiest humidifier to use, works well, low maintenance costs, paper quick start guide needs more clarity, prompt customer service replies The humidifier we purchased is the easiest to use, has the lowest effort to maintain, and has low maintenance costs. High quality and very happy that it is made in Germany. Compared to other humidifiers out there that require a tank to be filled upside down which then eventually leaks or spillage occurs or just plain awkward to put the tank back on, or the tanks are too small and must constantly refill, and also have to take apart many small parts to clean, this model and the smaller version have all of them beat by a mile. We do wish that the paper manual that comes with the unit was much clearer for set-up and maintenance, but there is a comprehensive online PDF manual that is much easier to understand, so we print out the pages as we need to make it easier for ourselves. We love this model so much that we just purchased the smaller model for our bedroom. Shipping was quick and when we had questions prior to purchase via email, customer service was prompt. LW25+ Deficiency I purchased the LW25+ in December. I experience the low water fault routinely when in fact there is still plenty of water in the tank. Customer service has been very helpful in regard to cleaning the metal straps on each side of the tank. This has to be done on a regular basis and is really quite a nuisance. If I had been aware of this I may have considered the standard model or another manufacturer. Obviously the company is aware of this issue and has generated a procedure to address what I would consider to be a design problem that nevertheless leaves the end user with a labor intensive remedy.

I have used Venta Airwashers for over a quarter century I have used Venta Airwashers for over 25 years. These LW45s are replacing 2 of my original quarter century old Airwashers. Ventas are probably the best evaporative humidifiers made. Very easy to maintain and clean, with no fiber filters to get funky or need replacement. The small size is great to carry for domestic car travel when staying in hotels, where the air is often notoriously dry.

Order didn’t arrive - but all is well! My order didn't arrive because they do not deliver to PO boxes, which I either missed or wasn't alerted to when I placed my order. All was explained and tips were given for a more satisfying outcome. Emails were prompt, kind, and professional.
