GBI’ve used other types of room humidifiers, Venta is actually fulfills its job. I’ve used other types of room humidifiers. They required filling a tank of awkward shape and then turning that tank over to fit it to the body of the machine. Water splashed onto the floor every time. Venta has an intelligent and ergonomic design. It’s wonderfully simple to use in every way. The designers are true designers. Thank you!

GBLong time user of VENTA Humidifiers! I have purchased eight VENTA humidifiers over many decades. They are quiet, effective, and provide the correct level of humidity for our home. LW 25 has improved over the years with a simpler mode selection. I have just bought a LW15 for a smaller room.

GBGood service Hi, I appreciate the prompt response and my previous problem has been resolved. However, I wonder if it's normal the machine keeps the humidity around 30 degree mostly but my goal is 50 while I set the AUTO model in a 250 sqft bedroom.
